If your product is not working properly,or you received the product which is not the same with the one you chose before. Please contact with us within 3-5 days after you receive the product. Unopened Returns

4. Change of Mind: For customers who no longer want an item that has been unpacked, returns are accepted, provided the customer covers the return shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

5. 6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
