Delivery Time

After you order, usually delivery to your door around 12-15 days (Products not marked with 3-day delivery will take 10 to 14 days).

If your product is not working properly,or you received the product which is not the same with the one you chose before. Please contact with us within 3-5 days after you receive the product. Unopened Returns

3. Misuse of Product: If the product is found to be defective due to misuse by the customer, the return will not be accepted, and the product will remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Change of Mind: For customers who no longer want an item that has been unpacked, returns are accepted, provided the customer covers the return shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

5. How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp with your order number, photographic or video evidence of the defect if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps based on the nature of your return.

6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
